2. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Returns/replacements can be requested within 5 days of delivery.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging with seals and labels intact.

Steps to request a return:

  • Share Order ID, issue details, and product images/videos
  • Pickup will be arranged within 5 – 10 business days
  • Refund/replacement initiated after verification

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Products without original packaging or labels
  • Used or tampered products
  • Requests made after 5 days
  • Free gifts or promotional items

4. Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled before shipment
  • Returned products passing quality check
  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Prepaid Orders: 5 – 7 business days (original payment method)
  • Cash on Delivery: 7 – 14 business days (bank transfer)
